Delivery

LZ Decor offers delivery services to its customers, which is fulfilled either by our in-house delivery team or through a trusted courier company. The choice of delivery partner depends on the location of delivery and may not always be provided by our own team. Please note that our delivery service covers only the ground floor, and additional charges will apply for delivery to other floors. We are not responsible for any damages that occur during delivery or installation, and customers are advised to inspect the products upon delivery and report any damages or issues within 24 hours.

Please ensure g all items are able to be delivered to their requested location with suitable access provided this includes hallways, driveways, public access, passages, lifts and/or any other. Customers are requested to ensure that item/s selected fit into their lift/ residence as LZ Decor will not be liable or responsible should item/s not fit into a lift. If there is a failed delivery, the customer will be liable for redelivery/return fees.

White Glove delivery: For customers who want extra assistance with setting up their furniture, we offer a White Glove Delivery option. With this option, our trained delivery team will not only deliver your furniture but also unpack it, assemble it, and place it in your desired location. They will even remove all packaging materials and debris, so you don't have to worry about cleaning up. Please note that White Glove Delivery may not be available in all areas and may require an additional fee.

Pick up in-warehouse: If you prefer to pick up your furniture yourself, you can choose our free Pick Up In Warehouse option. Simply place your order online, and we'll notify you when it's ready for pickup. You can then come to our warehouse at your convenience and pick up your items. Our friendly staff will help you load your furniture into your vehicle, ensuring that it's properly secured for transport. The address and pickup instructions will be provided to you once the order is finalised. Pickups can only be done Monday - Sunday between 11am-4pm.

If you have selected pickup, please ensure the following;

You have a car, ute or truck which is big enough to accommodate the goods purchased.

You have enough people to assist in carrying heavy items.You have rope and other protective materials for your vehicle as LZ Decor will not be held responsible for any damages that may be caused to your vehicle.

You take all product packaging with you.
