Delivery Information

LZ Decor provides all deliveries through our professional White Glove Service. Our trained delivery team will deliver your furniture, unpack it, assemble it, and place it in your desired location. All packaging and debris will be removed, leaving your home clean and ready to enjoy your new furniture. Please ensure suitable access (hallways, driveways, public access, passages, lifts, etc.) is available. Customers are advised to inspect items upon delivery and report any damages or issues within 24 hours.

White Glove Delivery (Standard Service)

  • Delivery is completed by our trained LZ Decor team or trusted partners.
  • Includes unpacking, assembly, and placement in your chosen room.
  • All packaging and debris are removed after setup.
  • Customer must ensure suitable access (hallways, driveways, passages, lifts, loading areas).
  • Failed deliveries may incur redelivery/return fees.
  • Inspect goods on delivery and report any issues within 24 hours.
  • LZ Decor is not liable for damages during delivery or installation.

Free Warehouse Pickup

  • Pickup window: Monday–Sunday, 11:00am–4:00pm.
  • Address and pickup instructions provided after order is finalised.
  • Bring a suitable vehicle (car/ute/truck) and enough helpers for heavy items.
  • Bring ropes and protective materials; secure items properly.
  • Take all product packaging with you.
  • Customer is responsible for any vehicle damage during loading/transport.
