Where is your showroom located?

Our Showroom is located in Sydney, Shop 3 / 624 Botany Road, Alexandria, 2015

We are open Monday to Sunday, 10 am - 5 pm

Please email us your order number, and we will provide an update on the status of your order.

The delivery fee depends on your order's size and weight. Please contact us for accurate pricing.

Pickups are from our warehouse in Auburn. Details will be provided after order confirmation. Available Mon-Sun, 11 am - 4 pm. Valid ID is required for collection.

LZ Decor is not responsible for any damage during self-pickup or transport. Please ensure your vehicle and assistance are sufficient for safe loading.

Please ensure the following:
– Your vehicle is big enough to accommodate the goods purchased.
– You have enough people to assist in carrying heavy items.
– You bring protective materials and ropes. LZ Decor is not responsible for vehicle damage during loading.
